Kubernetes cluster Root CA cert update in Japan region

This is to inform you that we will be updating Kubernetes cluster certificate in the Japan region between April 17th 12 PM and April 17th 8 PM UTC. The rolling update of certificate on all the nodes will continue in the background and take approximately 36-48 hours to complete.

This is a no-downtime activity and during this time window, you may experience brief service degradation which should recover automatically.
